March 5, 2026 — Cassling is now accepting applications for the 2026 Imaging for Impact Award, a national recognition program celebrating imaging professionals and healthcare teams who are improving patient outcomes and strengthening access to care in their communities. Applications are being accepted until April 1, 2026.

Now in its second year, the Imaging for Impact Award recognizes and celebrates imaging teams’ contributions to keeping care local and improving patient outcomes. Innovators, leaders, technologists, sonographers and healthcare team members from across the spectrum of care provision and healthcare settings are encouraged to apply.

For Brian Bradfield, Chief Operating Officer of Cassling, the Imaging for Impact award celebrates the humanity, ingenuity and dedication of imaging teams.

“As someone who has spent years on the front lines of imaging, from hands-on patient care to leading teams, I’ve seen firsthand the amazing work and creative problem-solving that define this profession,” said Brian. “This award is an opportunity to honor that spirit. It shines a light on the compassion, the ingenuity, and the unwavering commitment imaging professionals bring to every patient encounter. By elevating these stories, we hope to strengthen the imaging community, share great ideas, and ultimately improve patient outcomes in communities across the country.”

The inaugural Imaging for Impact Award Program last year surfaced a variety of innovative efforts. Finalists included Clearwater Valley Health for their work creating a mobile mammography program and Nebraska Medicine for their accomplishments in imaging field recruitment and retention.

The ultimate winner of the award, announced at last year’s Investing In You Educational Summit, was Children’s Health of Plano, Texas, for their inspiring effort to make the MRI experience more accessible for hearing-impaired patients.
