Amerinet, ASCA Sign Exclusive Agreement

July 6, 2007 - Amerinet Inc., a leading national healthcare purchasing organization, will serve as the sole-source purchasing agent for the members of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) (formerly Illinois Free Standing Surgery Center Association) based in Chicago.
