Alliance Imaging Scoops Up Shared P.E.T. for $43M

January 5, 2008 - Alliance Imaging paid $43 million and assumed indebtedness to acquire Shared P.E.T. Imaging LLC, a mobile and fixed-site provider of positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT), which generates approximately $29 million in annual revenue.

The business serves approximately 90 clients in 13 states, including Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Tennessee and South Carolina.

Alliance Imaging, a national provider of shared-service and fixed-site diagnostic imaging services, aims to continue with a strategic acquisition plan.
