An advanced radiology viewer is designed to operate within the ImageGrid RIS/PACS appliance platform, allowing radiologists to view CT and MRI studies from any workstation on a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or remote workstations via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection.
The application, the ImageGrid Advanced Radiology Viewer by Canelis, also features advanced Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP)/Multi-Planar Reformatting (MPR) capabilities, customized hanging protocols, series linking, and support for up to five monitors.
The ImageGrid Advanced Radiology Viewer can be used in parallel with the ImageGrid Mammography Viewer to expand its application as part of a single “five-headed” radiology/mammography workstation consisting of a dual-head 5MP, a dual-head 2 or 3MP monitors, and a fifth head to display radiology worklist.
