November 19, 2013 — Medical Economics ranked Advanced Data Systems (ADS) 21st in its Top 100 EHR Vendors for 2013 list. Medical Economics also reported that best government estimates indicated a total of 729 vendors providing certified electronic health records (EHRs).

"Attaining as high a ranking as we did from as prestigious an organization as Medical Economics is both humbling and gratifying,” said David Barzillai, president, ADS. “When considering the even bigger picture of more than 700 vendors, it is extraordinary. Needless to say, everyone at ADS is incredibly proud in having achieved this esteemed standing."

ADS’ MedicsDocAssistant version 7.0 is certified as a complete EHR for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use. Other products from ADS include the MedicsPremier and MedicsElite systems for comprehensive practice management and EDI and MedicsRIS for radiology.
