July 24, 2023 — The Association for Medical Imaging Management (AHRA) announced that GE Healthcare won the 2023 Innovation Award for CT Motion, Syringeless Power Injector.

Every day, thousands of hospitals are throwing away — sometimes paying to throw away — single-use plastic syringes in the radiology department for routine CT scans. With CT motion, a syringeless power injector, you can effectively eliminate the need to use syringes ever again.

With less prep time, streamlined patient turnover and fewer setup steps between patients, the automated syringeless technology of CT motion helps facilitate efficiencies that keep your radiology suite moving.

On behalf of AHRA and our members, thank you to each company that participated in this year’s showcase, and to all who innovate for the good of patient care worldwide.
