Konica Minolta Launches AeroRemote Insights for Digital Radiography

June 7, 2018 – Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas Inc. announced the release of AeroRemote Insights, a cloud-based, business intelligence and analytics solution. AeroRemote Insights delivers detailed information on asset utilization, department workflow and efficiency, system health and more. The solution provides daily performance data in intuitive visual formats that managers can utilize to optimize department performance and manage digital radiography (DR) assets. This new service also enables managers to act on urgent situations immediately and respond to usage trends intelligently.

AeroRemote Insights provides vital information on productivity, user performance and AeroDR system health at a glance. Easy-to-use data analytics are available from any computer or mobile device and will enable departments to improve workflow, accuracy and uptime.

Konica Minolta Vice President of Service Operations Kevin Chlopecki added that AeroRemote Insights allows KM’s service teams to gather data, predict appropriate responses and solve common issues, often before the customer knows of a situation.

AeroRemote Insights is available for most Konica Minolta AeroDR Systems as part of Konica Minolta’s premium Blue Moon service plans or as a stand-alone subscription.
