The Radiology Leadership Institue's Executive Leadership Symposium aims to help senior-level radiology leaders better understand the financial impact of their decisions

RLI Executive Leadership Symposium Addresses Modern Business Challenges

January 25, 2018 — Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI) Executive Leadership Symposium attendees can learn best-practices to run their practice or department more efficiently, maximize reimbursement under new payment models, provide greater value, negotiate more effectively and better understand the financial implications of leadership decisions.

Titled, “Leadership Challenges for Radiologists: Practical Solutions for Difficult Problems,” the program will take place July 20–22, 2018 at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City in Arlington, VA.

“This is the only case-based conference focused on specific challenges that senior-level private practice and academic radiology leaders face,” said Lawrence R. Muroff, M.D., FACR, faculty chair of the RLI Executive Leadership Symposium.

The program will use case-based studies and workshop sessions to tackle the multifaceted, complex problems practices and departments encounter. Interactive sessions enable attendees to consult with fellow leaders, develop action plans suited for their practice environment and hone their negotiation skills.

Interested radiology leaders can learn more about the symposium and register here.
