FINAO deploys, maintains and supports medical imaging solutions for hospitals and reading groups in the southeastern U.S.

FINAO Solutions' Hosted Intelerad Environment Reaches 1 Million Annual Studies

November 1, 2017 — FINAO Solutions, a provider of turnkey medical imaging solutions and end-to-end information technology (IT) services for hospitals and radiology groups, announced that it is processing in excess of 1 million radiology studies per year through its hosted Intelerad environment.

“At FINAO, we’re quite proud of this milestone,” said Gene Cathey, CEO, FINAO Solutions. “In addition to it representing a tremendous amount of hard work, we also see it as a testament to the quality of services and solutions that we provide.”

Based out of Huntsville, Ala., FINAO has provided medical imaging services and solutions since 2004. Providing a full range of radiology solutions in local, hosted and hybrid environments, FINAO’s solution suite includes everything from complete picture archiving and communication system (PACS) solutions, to voice recognition, critical test results management, referring physician communication and more.

In addition to providing needs assessments for medical imaging providers, FINAO also deploys, maintains and supports the solutions that it resells. This is highly beneficial for medical imaging providers who do not have the in-house expertise to manage IT systems and applications. FINAO also has expertise in overlaying PACS from various vendors, which creates highly-efficient cross-enterprise workflows.
