Family practices and pain treatment centers can open and read images directly from the cloud across all workstations, tablets and smartphones

Rayence Launches New Cloud PACS Product Across South Carolina IDN

August 28, 2017 — Rayence Inc. announced the first multiple installations of a new Rayence cloud picture archiving and communication system (PACS) product through their channel partner, York X-Ray and Orthopedic Supply of Lyman, S.C.

“We were looking for a solution that allowed my clients to archive their images offsite and view them anywhere within their family practice and pain treatment center network,” said Jerry Judd, general manager at York X-Ray. Six family practices and pain treatment centers can now open and read images from the cloud across all workstations, tablets, and smartphones.

Rayence Cloud is a cross-platform software designed to work with all portable devices and operating systems, allowing healthcare professionals image accessibility anywhere around the globe using a 128-bit encryption secure login from any browser. This new product provides unlimited space and user access and can support all imaging modality types, according to Rayence. Additionally, Rayence Cloud is open to any customer looking for a cloud PACS solution. Current Rayence customers can purchase Rayence Cloud and migrate their image database to the cloud at no cost.

Rayence Cloud is fully HIPAA-compliant and can function with both Rayence XmaruView and VetView acquisition software products.
