Platform now cleared for diagnostic mammography images handles both enterprise and diagnostic viewing in a single zero-footprint viewer

Client Outlook Releases Version 6 of eUnity Image Viewing Platform

April 12, 2017 — Client Outlook recently announced the latest release of its flagship diagnostic and clinical image viewing platform, eUnity. The release of eUnity 6 coupled with Client Outlook’s recent U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance for diagnosing mammography images, positions eUnity 6 as the only zero-footprint platform to seamlessly manage the high demands of both enterprise and diagnostic viewing in a single viewer, according to the company.

The platform easily integrates with a health institution’s existing vendor neutral archive (VNA), picture archiving and communication system (PACS), worklist, electronic medical record (EMR) and image sharing platforms. This allows hospitals and radiology groups to leverage existing, in-place ecosystems. eUnity runs in a cloud environment or in a complete virtual machine, without the need for expensive GPU hardware.
