Mirada Medical, RSNA 2016, XD:PACS, molecular imaging, nuclear imaging

January 6, 2017 — Mirada Medical showcased its latest XD:PACS (picture archiving and communication system) range of molecular imaging products at the 2016 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) annual meeting, Nov. 27-Dec. 1 in Chicago.

Mirada’s XD:PACS products are designed to empower radiology and nuclear medicine departments seeking to integrate advanced positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) reading, tumor tracking, single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)/CT and nuclear medicine analysis into the enterprise. According to the company, XD:PACS products enable departments to dispense with the complexity and expense of having disparate legacy modality workstations and software packages.

The product range also includes the latest solutions for cardiology, neurology, radiation therapy and tumor board meetings. The software comprises flexible workflows and display protocols and results can always be saved for both editing and review on PACS.
