Network of 3,600 hospitals and 120,000 providers will receive special pricing and terms for all three categories

September 21, 2015 — Samsung has been awarded a group purchasing agreement for general radiography, computed tomography (CT) and ultrasound with Premier Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company, effective Oct. 1, 2015. The new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for digital radiography, CT, and ultrasound products.

The Premier Inc. network consists of approximately 3,600 U.S. hospitals and 120,000 other providers, backed by a database of actionable data, best practices and cost reduction strategies to improve the health of communities.

Samsung’s full range of imaging solutions are designed to enhance the quality of care and transform the patient experience. The product portfolio includes digital radiography (DR), ultrasound and portable CT systems.
