ContextVision US PLUSView Family GOPView Mammo2 Ultrasound Mammography

March 3, 2014 — ContextVision will showcase its US PLUSView Family and GOPView Mammo2 at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), March 6-10.

The US PLUSView Family includes four packages: women’s health, general imaging, cardiovascular and point of care. Each package is optimized for individual application areas, providing medical professionals with enhanced diagnostic confidence. It is an adaptable product for all hardware platforms, from low-end CPU systems to DSP platforms and high-end GPU-based ultrasound systems. ContextVision’s GOP methodology detects structures by examining the significance of each pixel in relation to its wider context.

Key package benefits include speckle reduction, edge enhancement, efficient line connectivity and high grayscale contrast, enabling direct, focused enrichment of selected image features.

For mammography, GOPView Mammo2 offers visibility of subtle lesions in the parenchyma independent of breast density. This makes it easier for clinicians to quickly diagnose patients. The advanced imaging proves especially valuable in dense tissue. Its images give a sense of depth for more rapid and accurate diagnoses, and ultimately, a greater return-on-investment for medical imaging users worldwide.
