Introducing the newest member of the FDR family of mobile digital X-ray

Fujifilm FDR Go Mobile Digital X-ray

February 23, 2013 — Fujifilm Medical Systems U.S.A. Inc. is pleased to announce that FDR Go, the latest evolution of the company’s digital portable portfolio, has just been released for sales in the United States. Compact and extremely maneuverable, FDR Go brings to portable digital radiography (DR) the dose efficiency and high-quality imaging that customers expect from Fujifilm technology.

Fujifilm’s original FCR Go portables, recognized for outstanding images and improved efficiency, uniquely employs the anytime/anywhere benefits of CR cassettes. Evolving to the next level, FDR Go utilizes today’s latest DR advancements, including our exclusive Irradiated Side Sampling (ISS) and Dynamic Visualization (DV) technologies. ISS detector design enhances sharpness while increasing dose efficiency compared to conventional designs. DV processing dynamically extends image detail and contrast recognition, resulting in first up images with outstanding clarity and even higher window and leveling capabilities.

FDR Go offers the speed, image quality and dose benefits of Fujifilm’s FDR D-EVO detectors, with enhanced portable features that include a compact size just right for maneuvering in tight spaces; a quiet, smooth drive system; a large touchscreen display; image preview in as little as two seconds; SpeedLink automated menu mapping of preferred dose lowering techniques; tube head inching controls and more.
