Dec. 18, 2012 –- CIVCO Medical Solutions now offers sterile interventional patient drapes, providing another layer of infection control. The latex-free patient drapes allow complete access to the area of interest while protecting both patient and clinician from infectious bodily fluids. Available in multiple sizes and design variations, these patient drapes are ideal for PICC lines, ports, CT biopsies, ultrasound biopsies, needle localizations, cyst aspirations and other interventional procedures.

The interventional patient drapes are made of completely absorbent materials, ensuring simple cleanup to maximize efficiency and turnaround time. CIVCO has partnered with QSUM Biopsy Disposables to add this product to the company’s infection-control product line.
