expanded strategy

PACS 2.0 is an expanded strategy that combines images from all departments with electronic health records (EHRs). Two new products are: MDR Video, a digital video capture product, and Media Server, an integrated platform for capturing, viewing and sharing medical images and results across the enterprise. PACS 2.0 integrates not only radiology images, but also images from other departments, such as digital camera photos from dermatology, endoscopic images from surgery or video from speech pathology.
