September 23, 2011 – Zotec Partners, a medical billing, practice management and radiology information systems (RIS) software and services company, announced it has received a multi-year contract extension from Radiology Associates of North Texas, formerly Radiology Associates of Tarrant County.

In March 2011, Radiology Associates of Tarrant County merged with Southwest Imaging and Interventional Specialists and Grapevine Radiology Associates to form Radiology Associates of North Texas. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Radiology Associates is the largest radiology group in the state of Texas and the second largest in the United States, employing 110 board-certified radiologists and 260 additional medical and administrative staff.

Currently providing professional radiology interpretation services to 24 hospitals and 46 area imaging centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Radiology Associates offers improved imaging services with a full range of subspecialty radiology coverage to patients, physicians and hospitals. The practice also provides professional radiology interpretation and imaging management services to a number of other healthcare providers in the area.

Zotec Partners is a solutions firm serving the hospital-based specialty market. The company offers a comprehensive suite of medical billing and practice management tools and services designed to make operations more efficient and productive in medical offices. Its flagship product, the electronic billing center (EBC) practice management and billing software suite, serves 5,500 physicians in 45 states.
