Carestream now offers advanced mammography features from industry leaders on its flexible multi-modality breast-imaging workstation.

PenRad’s patient tracking and mammography information system (MIS) expedites viewing and reading of mammography exams as well as tracking of patient data and images. PenRad systems can be seamlessly integrated with Carestream’s mammography workstation, which can be connected to a picture archiving and communications system (PACS) from Carestream or other vendors.

PenRad’s PenTrac Web-based program automates management of patient recalls and reminders, letters, statistics and MQSA reports to improve efficiency and standardization in mammography patient tracking and reporting.  

Carestream also markets and integrates peerVue’s Qualitative Intelligence and Communication System (QICS) for healthcare providers with advanced workflow needs. Carestream’s Vue radiology information system (RIS) and PACS offer native patient tracking, critical results notification and peer review capabilities.
