Mid-Atlantic Physician Consultancy Selects Intergy by Sage Physician Practice Management Solution

January 14, 2008 - Sage Software Healthcare Inc. said today D’Souza and Associates, a billing and collection service for more than 50 ambulatory practices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, selected Intergy by Sage for its customers’ physician practice management system.

The company had previously used another Sage Software product, The Medical Manager by Sage, since 1989.

“We searched for more than a year,” said D’Souza and Associates CEO Mabel D’Souza. “This was a major change, so we compared several products. Finally, we narrowed our search field to three, and ultimately Intergy by Sage was the better physician practice management system.”

D’Souza and Associates provides billing solutions and hosted practice management software for more than 150 physicians across the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. D’Souza hosts the server and the program; physicians pay for that use as part of their billing service fees.
