December 14, 2010 – The 2010 KLAS PACS report has named Infinitt PACS as the top system for a community PACS. It received the highest score when compared with 15 other PACS systems on technology, service and support and price/performance.

KLAS is an independent organization that reports medical device and health information system performance ratings based on customer surveys and interviews. For this report, 964 healthcare providers participated in the study, with a distinction made between large hospital and community hospital markets.

According to KLAS, the company also received an overall performance score of 84.1 in the large hospital space; this score was not ranked in the final analysis for acute care hospitals because it did not meet the 15-customer evaluation minimum for KLAS Konfidence.

In the KLAS Medical Imaging Buyers Guide, also published this month, 93 percent of community hospital respondents said the PACS has all the functionality they require and the product received an overall A- grade. It was ranked Number 1 in the November 2009 KLAS PACS report.
