September 28, 2010 – A fully automatic, all-in-one ultrasound cleansing and disinfection system, the Mides Transesophageal (TEE)-Care, offers ease-of-use and safe handling. It was recently introduced in Europe.
At the same time, it is able to perform the leakage test (leakage current measurement) second-by-second. The fully automatic operation sequence makes the TEE-Care practical and safe to handle and prevents errors and probe damage.
Developed in collaboration with an Italian partner-company, the Mides TEE-Care allows a complete written documentation of the whole process. The touch-screen interface is characterized by easy handling and a graphic real-time view of the cleansing and disinfection process.
