May 15, 2009 - Toshiba Teli America, Inc., the North American subsidiary of the Toshiba Teli Corp., is now offering the T24MSA001-MD medical-grade 24-inch LCD color widescreen monitor.
Featuring full HD (1080p) resolution, this dynamic new LCD assures the most natural reproduction of video images and the highest level of differentiation during such critical applications as diagnostic analysis, video endoscopy and surgery. Users also benefit from its 800:1 contrast, 500cd/m2 brightness, and the versatility of Picture-in-Picture functionality.
Housed in a sealed, space-saving white chassis, the monitor is pole or wall mountable using standard VESA brackets, making it ideal for virtually any medical workstation environment.

To meet the latest advancements in digital and analog imaging interfaces, the monitor connects via DVI-I, DVI-D, composite, Y/C, or RGB video inputs, and supports both NTSC and PAL. In addition, it is designed to comply with a variety of video display formats ranging from VGA (640 x 480) up to WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution.
A fast response time, combined with a wide viewing angle (178 degrees), makes the T24MSA001-MD perfect for real-time display of EKGs, EEGs, X-RAY and other dynamic medical images such as bed side monitoring.
The T24MSA001-MD also has a 24V DC power supply to integrate it easily with surgical arm supports. Other key features include advanced OSD menu control, user-selectable color temperature settings, and auto termination (75 ohms). It is UL60601 approved for medical applications and backed by a one year warranty.
