August 25, 2008 – MeDiSol reports it is bundling QUBYX PerfectLum calibration software, including support for Matrox Xenia DLC technology, with MeDiSol VIEWMEDIC displays.
The combination of Matrox boards with MeDiSol displays and QUBYX calibration software offers an integrated DICOM preset for accurate grayscale curve and medical approval according to EN60601-1 and EN60601-1-2.
Quality assurance monitoring and reportedly precise calibration is provided via QUBYX PerfectLum software, which conforms to standards such as DICOM, AAPM and DIN over time.
The solution includes a Scheduler, Remote Control and up to 36-bit Look-up Tables (three times 12-bit), and QUBYX PerfectLum offers support for Xenia DLC technology. QUBYX PerfectLum combined with Matrox Xenia Series display controller is said to correct discrepancies, resulting in more uniform luminance across the whole display.
