NovaRad has added a Spanish-speaking support team, project manager and installation team to its service and support department. NovaPACS is NovaRad’s enterprise level, scalable and complete PACS solution. Offering 3D imaging, fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with intuitive interface, brokerless integration and all-inclusive support, NovaPACS was designed specifically for budget-conscious hospitals and imaging centers, according to the company.
NovaPACS features include 24-hour remote support, a seven-year on-site archive, off-site emergency backup, customizable hanging protocols and integrated RIS, ortho tools, Cardio Viewer, MPR and Dictation.
NovaRIS features include: scheduling, auto fax and auto email, HIPAA logging; HL7 interfaces; electronic signature for radiologists; audit trail; and seamless integration with NovaPACS or other third-party PACS or HIS.
