Siemens Hosts Web-based Budgeting Tool

Siemens Medical Solutions announced today that a new Web-based budgeting solution is available online, which is designed to provide financial management and workflow efficiencies tools to healthcare facilities.

The new budgeting tool, Decision Support Solutions (DSS), is designed to unify and streamline time-consuming, manual budget submission by using familiar applications such as Microsoft Excel in combination with model templates that can be customized. Users can access financial reports and interactive analyses to help manage costs, increase productivity and improve quality of care. Another feature is automatic email notification of the budget status.
