Fujifilm has partnered with Empiric Systems to integrate Empiric’s RIS functionality into its Synapse PACS and provide imaging centers with a customizable solution that is reportedly capable of meeting all of their imaging and information needs.
When Synapse PACS is integrated with the Encompass.NET RIS, users have a streamlined, full-featured PACS/RIS solution that is scalable to the needs of smaller radiology departments and imaging centers. Customized for their specific workflow and imaging needs, the integration enables complete access to the Encompass.NET RIS, including the ability to edit, dictate and access reports and other data while working within Fujifilm’s Synapse PACS, enabling access to all PACS imaging studies and data while logged into the Encompass.NET RIS.
