The release of the RadiForce R23, a 2-megapixel, 21.3-inch color TFT, dual-domain IPS LCD monitor for accurate display of color and grayscale MRI, PET, CR images, including image fusion and 3-D color rendering has been introduced. Product enhancements include enhanced brightness of 500 cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 500:1. The monitor is scheduled for worldwide availability in February of 2006.
The monitor is offered as an addition to a total medical imaging monitor solution, ranging from 5-megapixel to 1-megapixel monochrome and color monitors. All RadiForce monitors are DICOM-calibrated catering specially to the multifaceted imaging display demands of the healthcare industry, with a choice of graphics boards and highly advanced quality control software for clear and consistent image quality results.
