Taiwan VP Visits Aurora Breast MRI Center

November 2, 2007 – Aurora announced that Taiwan’s highest female government official, Vice President Madam Lu Hsiu-lien, 11th vice president of the Republic of China, made a visit to the Aurora Breast MRI Center at Tung Metro Hospital in Taichung, Taiwan, aiding in a national focus and campaign to make all of the women in Taiwan aware of breast cancer, educate them on its risk factors and inform them about screening programs that are made available.

Aurora aims to manufacture the highest quality and most cost-effective breast MRI solutions and partners with a growing number of the breast care centers to improve the detection, diagnosis (including biopsy) and treatment of breast cancer.
