The MaxFile, an 8 GB USB 2.0 Micro Hard Drive is now available from PNY Technologies. This portable storage device provides a way for mobile users to transport large volumes of information often; more than would fit on a conventional flash-based USB drive.
The drive weighs about two ounces and has a capacity starting at 8 GB, users can store more than 16,000 digital photos, 2,400 songs in MP3 format, or thousands of text files. Its small form factor fits conveniently in a pocket, briefcase or backpack. Its integrated USB connector plugs into any (MAC or PC) USB port to immediately store and access files, without requiring an extra power supply.
