RIS Concepts Inc. will introduce a Web-based radiology group workflow application fine-tuned for the needs of radiology groups reading studies for multiple client facilities. New RAD-RIS creates an integrated worklist combining studies across multiple enterprises and locations, while simultaneously interfacing PACS solutions in use at different hospital and clinics.

Double Black Imaging is announcing new software releases, including X-Cal DICOM Calibration and QA software and DICOMetrix PACS Performance Monitoring software. X-Cal Calibration software is the company’s proprietary package for automatic DICOM calibration and display quality assurance. This allows for both complete QA of their LCDs and front DICOM calibration.
