Vita ICU is reportedly designed with a simplified user interface to facilitate operation by ICU staff, while incorporating advanced analysis and display options that can be set up by EEG experts. The system features a small form factor panel PC with touch- screen controls and provides several customizable trending options including cerebral function monitor display, automatic quantification of burst suppression activity and color density spectral array that facilitate quick identification and review of critical events. Seizure detection programs help capture seizures that would otherwise be hard to identify by physical observation.
