February 21, 2008 – InSite One participated in the IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) North America 2008 Connectathon, held January 28 - February 1 in Chicago, acting as an Image Manager/Image Archive and a Report Repository, evaluating new opportunities to manage and share information throughout imaging workflow environments.
Each attendee ranging from PACS and EMR companies and modalities gains validation of the interoperability and compliance with IHE profiles and vendors have an opportunity for connectivity testing in a neutral environment. Seventy organizations tested 130 healthcare IT systems and InSite One completed testing in radiology, cardiology and mammography workflows.
