March 12, 2008 - i3Archive Inc., National Digital Medical Archive Inc. and InSite One Inc. have agreed to dismiss all claims and counterclaims regarding invalid patents of InSite One Inc.
The litigation, sparking in Oct. 2006, read that i3Archive Inc. and National Digital Medical Archive Inc., filed action against InSite One seeking a Declaratory Judgment that clams of the company’s U.S. Patent No. 6,574,742 are invalid and not infringed. InSite One later filed its response including an Answer, Affirmative Defenses and Counterclaim.
