In-viewer workflow, work-in-progress artificial intelligence among features on display

Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform Highlighted at 2019 SBI/ACR Breast Imaging Symposium

April 5, 2019 — Visage Imaging will be exhibiting the latest version of the Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform at the 2019 Society of Breast Imaging/American College of Radiology (SBI/ACR) Breast Imaging Symposium, April 4-7 in Hollywood, Fla.

Key elements of the Visage 7 platform that will be on display include:

  • All images in one viewer. Users can eliminate dedicated breast imaging workstations and siloed breast imaging archives with a single enterprise imaging platform for every user, providing access to all diagnostic imaging modalities and multimedia content via the same Visage 7 smart-client.

  • Comprehensive, ultrafast performance. Server-side processing provides access to all of the imaging needed to immediately interpret today’s digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) exams, and all prior exams, in less than 3 seconds, according to Visage Imaging.

  • In-viewer workflow. Visage 7 users have access to the entire patient jacket, and use step-based protocols to display all prior multimodality breast imaging. Many Visage customers routinely display 10-plus years of priors, including DBT (as well as high-resolution DBT and projection images, too), breast magnetic resonance (MR), and breast ultrasound.

  • Future proof and Visage 7 AI. Breast imaging study sizes keep growing, with molecular breast imaging and high-resolution DBT today, and opto-acoustic breast ultrasound on the horizon. Furthermore, Visage will demonstrate its work-in-progress platform approach to artificial intelligence (AI), Visage 7 AI, with integration to native and third-party algorithms.
