Axius Velocity Vector imaging technology (VVI) offers a new way to assess the heart’s contraction mechanics with ultrasound. Clinicians can now see a graphical presentation of tissue motion using arrows to display direction and relative velocity of motion in one ventricle, with the ability to see a “freeze frame” of motion at any point in the cardiac cycle.
The ACUSON Antares ultrasound system premium edition provides upgradeable and comprehensive clinical capabilities, research functions, enhanced workflow efficiencies and user-friendly ergonomics. From acquisition to archive, from 2-D through 4-D, it offers integrated tools for busy and diverse clinical practices and research institutions.
The release 10.0 for the G60 S system reportedly enhances fourSight 4-D ultrasound imaging technology for 4-D volume acquisition and workflow support, enabling reduced exam acquisition and post processing time. Also, TGO tissue grayscale optimization technology on the G60 S system produces consistent high-quality imaging at the touch of a button, and the CH5-2 transducer with Hanafy Lens transducer technology is now available.
