November 17, 2017 – Intelerad Medical Systems this week announced that it set company records for revenues and new customer signings in FY2017, including large organizations with millions of annual studies. Randall Oka, Intelerad president and CEO, said the company has had 40 healthcare providers select Intelerad as their medical imaging platform in the last 12 months.
In particular, Intelerad made significant investment in clinical data management and workflow intelligence. This includes CosmosOne, a highly scalable and high-performing medical archive; SmartWorklist, with cross-enterprise workflow assignment capabilities, licensing, credentialing and patient confidentiality access controls, as well as real-time and predictive analytics; and SmartLayouts, an intuitive layout management system for creating and sharing hanging protocols across the enterprise.
Intelerad also placed focus on client services in FY2017. Following the launch of NorthStar Client Services, the company has started rolling out the new Intelerad Service Portal. Powered by ServiceNow, Intelerad’s new service platform provides access to valued knowledge, and enables more effective handling of service requests and incidents, contributing to the overall quality and consistency of the service experience.
