February 1, 2024 — Banyan Software, a leading acquirer and permanent home for great software businesses, announces the acquisition of ResolutionMD (“ResMD”) from Calgary Scientific, Inc. ResMD is an industry leading medical imaging visualization platform that empowers healthcare professionals to collaborate and diagnose patients while viewing and sharing 2D and 3D medical images.

The platform integrates with all major EHR/EMR vendors, providing secure and direct access to patient image data anywhere, and on any device. 

Chris Slaymaker, the current General Manager who brings over eight years experience within the company, will become the new CEO.
