Software Improves Stitching DR Orthopedic Images

The eXpertStitching function software is integrated into several Swissray DR systems, allowing certain orthopedic studies to be performed with greater accuracy and more precision.

The software accurately combines up to four images and allows the viewing of a single image. With the company’s single-focus stitching technique, the position of the X-ray source remains fixed with respect to the patient. This ensures the overlap regions are geometrically equivalent, resulting in identical images for the same anatomy and essentially distortion free images.
