Antimicrobial Dressings with PHMB Resist Bacterial Colonization, Reduce Penetration

KERLIX AMD antimicrobial dressings contain PHMB (Polyhexethylene Biguanide) and resist bacterial colonization within the dressing. Bacterial penetration through the dressing is also reduced.

The dressings provide protection against gram-negative, gram-positive and fungi/yeast microorganisms including MRSA and VRE. This limits cross-contamination from patient to patient, patient to clinician and patient to the environment.
