Prestigious award based on customer surveys of hospital and clinic executives, administrators, physicians, nurses and others

Elekta, Best in KLAS 2015, radiation therapy

February 10, 2016 — Elekta took the first place ranking in radiation therapy in KLAS's 2015 Best in KLAS Awards: Medical & Infrastructure report, released in November.

KLAS, an independent research firm, reported that Elekta received highest scores in customer satisfaction overall when compared to its competitors in the radiation therapy market. The annual KLAS Awards ranks each company in the areas of sales and contracting, implementation and training, functionality and upgrades, and services and support.

The KLAS awards are based on data from customer surveys of hospital and clinic executives, administrators, physicians, nurses and other directors and managers interacting with health care equipment and infrastructure solutions.

According to KLAS, Best in KLAS designations go to solutions that have excelled in their respective market segments, that show the vendor's leadership in working with customers to resolve issues and match expectations to reality, and that have the broadest operational and clinical impact to health care organizations.

The Best in KLAS designation recognizes vendors for their outstanding efforts to help health care professionals deliver better patient care. This award is reserved for those that lead the imaging equipment segments with the broadest operational and clinical impact on health care organizations.
