The mobile features of this system allow all members of a patient’s care team to capture and call-up key clinical, financial and demographical data to be stored in a centralized location for easy access. Doctors can now call-up important patient information or lab results from a patient’s bedside at the same time a case manager reviews information at his/her desk. Canopy guides a care team from initial assessment and admission of a patient, to creating the care plan and assigning healthcare providers and finally preparing patients for discharge.
