Gammex to Display Compact Digital Imaging System

August 14, 2007

The Neonatal Chest Phantom by Gammex was developed to simulate pneumothorax and hyaline membrane disease while permitting system resolution and noise testing.

This reportedly easy-to-use system addresses quality control needs in computed radiography (CR) and digital radiography (DR); permitting simultaneous imaging of normal and disease states.

The phantom was designed to challenge imaging system limits with a convenient compact size.
